Thai Sweet & Sour Stir Fried Pork
Delicious stir fried pork recipe with numerous veggies and flavors.
Ingredients
Directions
- Slice pork into thin strips.
- Heat oil in large wok and add the finely sliced garlic.
- Add pork once garlic is golden and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Then add sliced onion.
- Season with fish sauce, sugar, and ground black pepper. Stir in cilantro.
- Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until pork is cooked through and onion browned.
- Add all the vegetables sliced longways (cucumber, red pepper, scallions and small wedged tomatoes).
- Add pineapple chunks and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
