Happy Thursday to all. On the cardio machine today, fiddled too long with my Ipod trying to get the camera function going when suddenly the stats on the bike display blacked out lol. Pretty sure I had those numbers memorized though!
56.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
