You're getting super close to goal! Have you tried taking chromium as well. The Drs. Eades say 90% of people are deficient, it takes 200 mcg daily to correct, and it combats insulin resistance. "The insulin receptor, the structure on the surfaces of your cells that actually becomes resistant to insulin, requires chromium to function properly."
