This is a midweek weigh in, so it doesn't really count. But it's a loss and I am recording it to motivate myself to stick to the plan!
Dancing last night burned 684 calories in 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Weight training today.
76.0 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
