My weight has been fluctuating a lot this week, but for a couple days now, I hit 149! It's my first goal, one is that it's 10 pounds lost (since getting back on track at Christmas) and two, I haven't been below 150 in a few years now. I still have 29 pounds to go to meet my ultimate goal, but I'm shooting for 10 pounds at a time, so the overall goal doesn't seem as daunting. I've never had this much weight to lose, even after two pregnancies (I only gained 26 pounds with my first and even tho I gained around 40 with my second, at least half of that came off quickly, between actual baby weight and nursing). Anyway, this was a good way to start off my Monday!
67.6 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
