I have used them for several straight days and this weigh in is a lagging indicator... I think I'm going to have to log 214 pretty soon.

Ha Ha! Okay. It's funny because now that I am starting over again, I made up a menu for the week. One night we are having burgers or hotdogs (with low carb rolls) and I was wondering if I should get some pork rinds to eat while they eat potato chips. Funny how we forget what certain foods do to us.

Yes. These blow me up like a puffer fish! I had trouble getting my ring off and my jeans on tonight after work! So, that is the end of those, despite the zero carbs!

I feel your pain. When I first went on Protein Power low carb diet many, many years ago, I didn't have the fluid issues that I have now. I ate a big bag of pork rinds for my dinner (along with a diet drink) a couple nights a week when I worked late at the Honda dealership. Can't do that now.

Bill and Mom, I just did the same thing yesterday with a ham binge, calories were fine, sodium through the roof at over 7600mg...weight bounced up 4 pounds (1/2 gal H2O), should know better, what was I thinking??? Grrrr...
