Woke at 212.2, down 4.0 from yesterday. I was hoping for this as a had a major 'whoosh' event last night. While I was working I had to keep getting up to go to the bathroom. I think it was 20-30 minute increments! Went to a work event and had a nice 'no-wrap' Chipotle plate, then visited a well-known banking company to see how they build IT, and then came back for some shrimp and pork kebabs. I think I want to work with those guys! Weighed 213.4 coming in the door after that, so I'm happy with that post-dinner weight. Go to go and do the podcast, so I'll add weigh in and food details after.

I'd go crazy weighing myself that much, but I do try to hit daily targets with my macros as that's plenty for me to track and feel accomplished each day. I weigh myself and measure body fat % every Monday.
