Back down 3 lbs from the Vacation trip....177. This is due to exercise & menu Routine, as I am following my regular diet and HIIT program.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
