Draglist's Journal, 05 Nov 17

Woke at 213.2 and fasted until 2:30. Had a major whoosh all morning with several trips down the hall. Weighed 211.8 before my late lunch. Lowest in a while. Ate a large salad and a piece of Nordic Nut and Seed bread. Will grab some dinner around 7. Still doing a lot of computer work so no workout. That's one of the differences in the past several months… I need to get back after that. UPDATE: Ate a good meal at 7 pm, but before I did, I sucked it up and walked six miles. I have been too lax on that aspect of my journey recently. Finished right on calorie goal and darn close on macros.

6 miles is a good walk! I usually do about 2.75 miles, but I can add another street to it and if I do it all (like I did today!) it's 4.25 miles. I'm thinking of changing the route I take in the neighborhood and still do the 2 hills I struggle with every day, but adding another street with a steep incline. The level walks are easy and I can walk like that for hours, but the hills give me a good workout. This is my favorite time of year to walk, the beautiful fall colors and the chilly weather. And my 1 year old terrier (of some kind) gets so excited to see all the squirrels (he just discovered them since we started walking, they are always on my deck), and lots of wild turkeys and dozens of deer.

Nice Bill...I remember you walking, taking calls and working on your computer in the past...that takes multitasking to a whole new level.
