Woke at 215.0, up .6 from yesterday. Today is a weekend flushing day -- Lasix and liquids. After fasting until 1:30 I made it down to 214.8. Ate a good lunch and then weighed in again at 4:30. Got to 213.6. Spent the day updating my new DietTruth.org site on Wordpress so I got no exercise at all!
