Woke at 214.4, down 3.4 from yesterday. Ate a large lunch at 12:30 and drank 102 ounces of water, tea, and coffee today. Got to 215.4 by 6 pm, so the 214.4 is today's low. Ate Brussels sprouts for lunch and they had 20 net carb grams alone so will not hit that target today.
