Woke at 211.8, down 1.0 from yesterday. The extra water has mostly been squeezed out. My clothes fit much better this morning. My pants are not tight and I'm wearing a shirt that would not button two weeks ago. Going back in to work today so no slimming tea or Lasix, but will limit intake to coconut oil, tuna, and sardines. Have a great day! UPDATE: Ate tuna and sardines at lunch but came in the door after work at 213.2, Not too bad for being off the Lasix and slimming tea. Had two bunless burgers for dinner and had only 7 net carbs for the day, so I splurged in a tablespoon each of three Halo Top flavors. Ended at 1492 calories and will slowly catch up to my new 1650 per day goal (after ten days of going for 1830, it will take a while), Keeping the morning weigh in as today's keeper.

Sounds mah-va-lous! I have bought the sardines ... can't seem to make myself open the can. You just eat them like that? Are they cooked? LOL!

Thanks, all! Mom, I just open 'em and eat 'em. Do it over the kitchen sink at work and then rinse out the cans so nobody has to smell it all day. Same thing with the tuna (foil pouches). They make some good flavors of those.
