Woke at 209.6, down 3.6 after a good IF day with lots of water movement. Trying the same thing today. Finished 16:8 IF at 12:30 pm. Weighed in at 209.0 and then ate a good lunch. Kept hydrating and moving water all day. Finished work and walked five miles. Before dinner, weighed in and got an amazing 206.8. Lost the extra water way faster this time. Really trying for low carbs. Finished under 20 net carbs until I ate a bag of kale with some almonds, which put me at 24 net for the day. Will try to keep going with keto.

Bill, apple cider vinegar in water is a fantastic diuretic, and carb- and calorie-free ! One tablespoon in 8 ounces. :)

Nice to see Bill...hope the week ahead goes smooth too!! BTW, today just for curiosity I measured my fluid loss over my 1 HR elliptical workout. Lost 3.8 lbs total in the hour (just a bit under 1/2 US gal)...while drinking (adding back) 10 oz water in the workout.

Also, one of the few times that the FS elliptical calorie estimate almost matched my Garmin heart rate activity monitor calories

I hear you Bill, Ironically my two days off, I actually did great, I think because of less snacking. .. We are in Busy season now, and we are triple overloaded on paperwork... Good thing I got Sat/Sun off this weekend ;)
