Woke at 203.4, down .4 from yesterday. So I lost that .4 again! Sister in law and husband are visiting for the weekend so there will be some eating dinners out. I will be strict on what I eat. Will find places with options. Salmon on the grill planned for tonight, although it's supposed to rain all day and we might need a raincoat to cook them! UPDATE: Massive day of eating as Denise’s sister and her husband got here. We did cheese and meats for snacks (no crackers for me) and then went to where Jason works. Had a burger with ham, bacon, and pulled pork (but no bun). Drank two bottles of red wine when we got home. So OVER on calories for a change. But good on carbs. Let’s see how the scale makes me pay (up 4 pounds before bed).

I saw pics of ham, cheese and crackers on many FB accounts yesterday. Is it a typical weekend lunch? When I was young,k it was Chicken with potatoes baked, or beef with mashed potatoes, or roasted beef with pasta. I hope all is well my friend :-)

Doing great, April! I think the food you describe is typically eaten in spring or summer, so as the nice weather arrives, people start to eat "picnic' type foods! Just a guess...
