I am going to weigh in on Monday and Friday mornings :)

I am going to eliminate gaining weight every week-end, by having these weigh ins! I know it!!!
61.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
