Woke at 202.2, down 5.0 from yesterday. Lowest waking weight since mid 2016. I think one of the meds I'm on is a serious diuretic, as I am peeing all night long. But body fat is the lowest in quite a while as well. Taking the unique step of logging my waking weight as I rarely wake at a lower weight than I retire the day before. Slow recovery weekend planned with a lot of rest. UPDATE: Did not walk much at all and had a huge dinner. The chicken parm (essentially chicken tenders covered in cheese and sauce) were not too bad, but the jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks were terrible in terms of carbs and calories. Let’s not forget the acai blueberry chocolates eaten this afternoon! And not enough water. Amazingly, all that bulk only resulted in a 205.4 weigh in before bed. Unlike yesterday (when I could keep nothing in me for any period of time), this bulk is sticking around.

That's a good drop, odd, I'm usually 2-3 lbs heavier in an evening than I am in a morning.

Make sure you stay hydrated, Bill. Water aids healing and if something is acting as a diuretic you need to counteract it. But I'm sure you know that. Take care!

I'm actually heavier in the evening. I weight myself first thing in the morning. Now at 202 .. you are starting to apply the pressure ... I don't want you passing me stop. I have to get my butt in gear!

Thanks everyone! Went back to sleep until 1 o'clock. Woke and had a nice omelette. Going to go out and try to get some nice slow walking in.
