Woke at 209.0 and moved a ton of water today. Left the hospital and checked into a nice residence hotel. Had 3.5 miles in when I got there but it has nice, long hallways and got in my five miles. Got a 204.6 weigh in before bed which shows a lot of water loss but some nice body fat reduction, too. A banana and some meatloaf generated pretty significant carbs, but it didn't seem to hurt!

Thanks, Steven. The crazy thing is, I'm eating very low calories this past week or so and that is what is doing it. But I am satisfied and not hungry. So I'm going to keep following that and see what happens...

Happy you have graduated to hotel and are out of the hospital. You and Denise have a super weekend!!!! :) Woke up to a nice 55 degrees in the apartment, we are having a mini cold front in Florida!!!! Hurrraaaay!!!! I will be walking tonight and Buddy the cat is running around the house faster than a greyhound dog ;)
