Woke at 216.0, down .2 from yesterday. Felt great and worked the entire day. Walked 5.5 miles in three post-meal sessions. IV drip was removed early in the day and I've been passing excess water all day without replacement. Had three big meals for my biggest calorie total in 10 days. Got a great 206.0 weigh in to end the month. Nice body fat drop, too.

I told you hospital is an abstract weight loss center. I dropped 10 pounds n one week and had spaghetti and meatballs!!!! ;) :)

Thank you everyone. it's been a great experience. Trying to keep the weight loss going. But in reality I Ended up averaging 1400 calories a day for the month so that's probably what did it. No doubt I lost a little bit of muscle mass in that.

I can't see losing muscle mass when you have been up walking miles and miles everyday. You also have been eating tons of protein and veggies. I think, you will be surprised once you get out of there how much weight falls off of you. (FLUID!!)

I am hoping for that, Mom! One thing I didn't mention was that my weigh in yesterday was the lowest I've been since August 2016. Now I want to keep it going...
