Draglist's Journal, 24 Feb 17

Woke at 218.2, up 1.4 from yesterday. Docs took me off IV drip, so I planned to lose some water. Walked 4 miles during morning business calls. Denise arrived for the weekend after lunch. We chatted for a while, and then I had to BOLT for the restroom. Yes, today began 2-3 days of ‘nothing staying in the GI Tract’ phase of the recovery period. Took a nap and woke for another chat. Continued to move mass quantities of fluid (in two fun-filled ways)! Dinner was good and topped me out at 1448 calories. I walked two more miles after Denise went to the hotel. Final weigh in of 207.4 clearly shows my body cleanout.

Thank you everyone and just as fast it went back up 10 pounds last night as they pumped me full of fluid. Woke up 217.6! I'm starting to feel like an accordion!

Hi David! What I'm doing right now is not eating any sugar's, grains, vegetables oil's, or starches. I'm also only eating 1000 to 1400 cal a day. This is not my long-term plan but it's what's happening this week.
