Woke at 216.0, down 1.8 from yesterday. Huge water loss yesterday. Targeting 600-1000 calories today as I'm actually 400 below target for the month. Went to the doc and returned and then finished work and did five miles. Had a nice lunch and dinner and hit 1056 calories. That’s about right. Got a nice pre-dinner weigh in of 211.8, which actually surprised me (pleasantly) as the body continued to drop the extra water.

Thanks, Mom. Actually, it was a final checkup before a long visit that starts next week. But I am doing well and will be in touch the entire time.

Sounds like you've got it all in hand. Nearly there with your weight loss - just the most difficult bit to do. Well done.

Thanks, Minitata! I've been below that line and above that line for years (mostly above, recently)! There is not a separate 'maintenance' setting on FS, so even when you hit your goal once, it still shows the overall goal. That works for me... I'm trying hard to get back to what I know I can do!
