Woke at 214.8, down 3.4 from yesterday. Nice water movement. Targeting 2175 calories today. UPDATE: Felt great today and got a lot done. Drank and passed massive amounts of coffee and water. Ate a nice lunch at noon and then again at 6 pm. Before dinner, got five miles in and a great 208.2 weigh in. Solid water AND fat loss. Started taking Dr. Berg’s day and night adrenal supplements yesterday in addition to the other new stuff I’m trying. Ate 2178 calories. Back to a 600 calorie IF day tomorrow (I’m going to have to stick to veggies to pull that off!)

Awesome Draglist and you sound really pumped! New low on the scales -- I would be pumped, too! Well done. Let me know if you think the adrenal pills make you feel better or if it's helping you to release water. I wonder if adrenal failure is what causes our fluid retention. Just pondering this ever since I watched Dr. Berg's videos.
