Woke at 214.8, down .6 from yesterday. Ate at 2 and 8 pm after coconut oil coffee at 9 am. Walked five miles before dinner. Got a nice 211.0 weigh in. Dropped an extra pound that I didn't expect! Ate exactly on calorie goal and did OK on macros.

NICE DROP!!! Happy to hear the 5:2 IF is working so well. I may make a chicken and veggie soup today. I have some leftover rotisserie chicken I have to do something with. Your soup picture the other day was worth more than a thousand words. LOL!

Thanks, Skwhite! I was hoping for a blue line but I think they recently changed the formula a bit. I am pretty confident I used to be able to get it by hitting 211.2, but now I need to his 210.8 at a minimum. That's OK... it's a cleaner break!
