Woke at 221.4, up 1.2 after fasting until 8 pm, but adding some bread, baked potato, and red wine to a celebration dinner. And THEN, having a large piece of chocolate birthday cake and some Rocky Road chocolate ice cream after midnight to celebrate my son's birthday and to ring in the new year. Planned to fast until dinner, but baking cinnamon rolls got to me at 2 pm, so I broke down and ate early. Finished the prime rib from last night. Weighed in before dinner and got back to 217.6 after moving lot of water and waste. Pretty good to get back after last night’s dinner, cake, and ice cream. Went over by 342 calories but that was the cake and ice cream from last night, not the salmon and green beans! Cheers to all! Bill
