Woke at 213.8, down 3.6 from yesterday. Water weight/food mass from dinner did not stick around and gave me a great head start on the day. Fasted until 7 pm, dropped massive water, and got a great 207.6 weigh in to blow through the blue line! Business lunch tomorrow and then of course Thanksgiving on Thursday. I've been eating lower calories per day in anticipation.

Finally got rid of that extra 10 pounds of water I was carrying in my muscles. Weird thing about this WOE is that as soon as I eat dinner, I'm ready to nod off!
