Woke at 223.0, down 3.8 from yesterday as significant backed up water weight finally started to leave. Made it to 218.0 before dinner. Will continue to avoid sodium and carbs (after 3-4 days in row of indulging in both last week). I went up literally 20 pounds in that time. Will begin attempting to eat one evening meal a day starting tomorrow. It will be a large meal of 1500-1650 calories (depending on whether I have some coconut oil or other items to tide me over earlier in the day). Hoping to extend the fast on a daily basis.
