Woke at 213.2, down 2.4 from yesterday after a 1400 calorie catch up day. UPDATE: Med drip and fasted until 3 pm. Good water and waste movement after few days. Got a nice 209.8 to get the blue line again. Just in time to start retaining water with the meds! :) But I think I have locked in my optimal calorie goal. Went over on calories with an extra slice of sharp cheddar.

Thanks, Kathy! I was just eating too much. Trying to 'repair' my metabolism by eating more but sticking with the 5:2 IF on two days. But didn't work out. 1650 average is my magic number (lean mass/bones x 10). Have a great weekend!

Thank you Jim and Mom! The 5:2 is working out great now that I have taken my 'off day' calories down to 2070 (which gives me an overall average intake of 1650 per day).

Waa hoo! Yea for the blue line and another yea for figuring out your magic number :D I'm thrilled for you, you deserve a break and remember those med drips are making the numbers look a whole lot worse than they really are.
