Down another pound! It is a lot of work but the rewards are amazing: I feel really great, well-fed, and my feet are so happy to have less weight to carry!
73.9 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
