Woke at 210.2, down 3.2 from yesterday after a luxurious 12-hour sleep in. Weighed 208.2 after completing 18 hours of fasting, then did HIIT squats and got a 207.4. Body back to normal regularity. Ate a massive 1000 calorie lunch to break the fast at 2. Steaks and veggies tonight at 7. It’s over 100 outside here. Stay cool out there and enjoy the weekend!

Wow! That's a big drop for one day! I understand what you mean by the heat...here too it is unbearable...stay hydrated! Very happy to see your breakthrough. ...I know how despairing it can be seeing the scale being not what one wants...

Thanks, Nicole! My recent difficulties have been medicine-related. The side effects are water retention and regularity issues. I take them for three weeks and then get a week break. I'm on my week off now, so my body is going back to normal. I have to start the next cycle next Thursday. I also am doing HIIT workouts instead of logging hours on the treadmill. I used to be able to sweat out 3 lbs. at a time by doing that. Good luck with your efforts!
