Yippee! My hard work exercising and keeping away from the Christmas treats ( for the most part) lol have paid off big time. I am going to keep track of the food I eat during the holiday season so that I am not so, so disappointed when I weigh in on the 28th. I have been weighing in on Mon, Wed and Fri. and I believe this has helped me tremendously. Boxing day lands on a Monday, and I am not subjecting myself to the scale that day. Not that I am planning on being "bad" but I am just giving myself the day off because of Christmas.
When I am away for Christmas, I am going to write down what I eat and drink. All those empty calories may taste good, but being in shape and my elevated self-esteem from choosing wisely, will feel much, much better!
