Going to bite the bullet and work with some professionals. A friend-of-a-friend found me a trainer and a nutritionist. I will also have to get a fitbit. Looking forward to some help, even if I have to pay for it!

Also had two new hirees at home: my old yard work kid is now in college and is my new yard work guy, and my intern at work is now gardening for me while I clean up inside. We are working on getting a yard sale together to get rid of some stuff too.

I suggest you get your Fitbit and Target and get a protection plan. I get calls ALL day for them (I won't buy one). Sounds like a great plan for you!

Well, after you kill yourself in the gym, and suffer on what ever garbage the nutritionist sells you, come back here. We will help you recover from that mess.
