Woke at 206.2, down 1.0 from yesterday. Did my morning regimen of water and apple cider vinegar, Essiac tea, and then coffee. Did six miles on the treadmill and fasted until 3 pm. Got a 200.6 weigh in. Targeting 1927 calories today. Going on vacation next week and going to try to eat all the perishables today and tomorrow! UPDATE: Went over by 200 cals. Will adjust this week.

Thanks, Carmen! Yes, but it is GREEK yogurt, eggs, salad, and meat! So all good stuff! (What I don't eat, I'll take in a cooler to eat while I'm driving).

Thanks, Sara! Hey, Jamie, I'm going to hold off on having more of it. Crazy expensive ($60 a week unless you make it yourself, and that takes two days each time and I don't have time for that). Just did a blood test, so interested to see how things look. Thanks, Mom! Should be a lot of fun.

Wow, that is a little pricey, Bill. Although that tea blend is nice, I have something else I'm going to try that is a little more budget friendly. I hope some great results come through for your blood test.
