Woke at 200.2, down 3.0 from yesterday and my lowest weight since April 27, 2015 (my last time in the 190s). Took it easy again today as I continued to recover from my tumble. Got more than 5K steps and 3 miles in… about halfway to goal. Went out to eat tonight as my cell phone was lost at the hospital. Located it with the ‘Find My iPhone’ app. Since we were down in DC, Denise and Jason got a nice dinner out of me! It’s only fair after they had to sit up with me all night on Wednesday. Had some great low carb apps and a marvelous cheeseburger sans bun. Ended up at 2033 calories today. Did not weigh in again, so used this morning’s 200.2 as my weight for today. No workout today, but will do 10K steps / 6 miles on Saturday.

Yes! I am! We lost power today and it is still out so instead of doing the work I should be doing, I am watching low-carb videos on YouTube.
