Woke at 215.8, up 1.4 from yesterday as the water struggle continues. Fasting day today. I will eat 400-600 calories. Water has begun to move out finally. Did 86 minutes of treadmill at 3 mph (two sessions) and hit 211.8 at 4 pm. Hoping to go lower by morning.

Thanks, Steven! Enjoyed the day and only got the slightest twinge of hunger at the appropriate times. Will fast until noon or later tomorrow, too.

I'm very impressed with the length and regularity of your treadmill sessions! That has got to be REALLY helping you with the maintainance of the weight loss you have had.

Thanks, Nicole. It helps me get my Fitbit steps in, that's for sure. It is a pretty painless workout for me. I am also able to get in a lot of reading and web maintenance during that time, which helps with the schedule.
