Woke at 207.4, down 1.2 from yesterday. Ate well at work and then did a nice happy hour and celebration dinner for my new team member. Ate a wonderful salad, steak, and baked potato, plus a few glasses of pinot noir (and a few scotches beforehand). Came home well rested and as I was so close to the blue line, I decided to jump on the treadmill to top off my 10K steps and 6 miles. It took 30 minutes. I got off and enjoyed a 205.8 weigh in. As I ate more than 2100 calories today, tomorrow will be a VERY light eating day.

Speechless!!!!! Outstanding!!!!!!! Congrats on healthy eating at board meetings... I had exam meetings this week , Unfortunaley cupcakes were on the menu... But good news is weight is holding at 168 under circumstances

Your adrenaline must have been really super charged!! How on Earth do you do that? I don't think after dining out and mellowing out with wine and booze that I could exercise. Sort of ruins the effect. Ha Ha! I know you like to see that progress at the end of the day. Good for you!
