Woke at 209.4, down 4.4 from yesterday. Completed 16:8 IF, fasting until 1 pm. Did 33 minutes of treadmill. Got a 204.2 weigh in. Successfully beat back the Easter water gain with four straight 885 calorie days. Selected that number simply to get back on my 1655 per day average by today. Tomorrow begins a slightly new plan. Weighed in on the FS app, so it says followed reasonably well but I actually followed 100 percent since the last weigh in (well, 200 percent when you consider I ate half of my allowance!) Added another 83 minutes of treadmill after work and topped out at 9 miles and 16K steps.

Thanks, Rick! I was pretty amazed at this one myself. I think I have the secret finally (although I will try not to go overboard in the first place).

Unbelievable! *sits here with mouth open* I know you said this was the plan and I still couldn't believe it would happen.... but you did it!!!! I need to send you my stats and let you figure out my plan cause you convinced me!

Thanks, Mom! This was the fastest I've recovered but I've done similar things before. I used to do this as a matter of course, but I have really tried to level out my eating this year and it's worked nicely. I was surprised at the quick recovery this time myself!

Thanks, Tammy and Steven. It could have been worse. I would have fasted completely if I had needed to! It was just that the indulgences were very late in the month and didn't allow me a lot of time to get back on track.
