More Easter weekend recovery. Woke at 217.6, down 3.6 from yesterday. Light eating day and came in the door after work at 216.8. Did 60 minutes of HIIT treadmill and got down to 214.0, down 8.4 since yesterday evening (water loss). Ate 887 calories and will do that for two more days.

Awesome Recovery! Always believe you can take it back down I guess I just don't understand putting it back on for a splurge but you handle it so well and it obviously works for you :D Proud of your dedication to the program that works for you!

Thanks, Glen. The amount of water taken on and removed in short periods is weird to me. Haven't found a similar situation (at least to this extent) in anything I've read thus far. Doctor is amazed, too.
