Woke at 211.2, down 2.2 from yesterday. That boded well for a new low possibly. Went to the doctor and came back and did 71 minutes of HITT treadmill. Got a 207.8 weigh in afterward. I have to go back to November 26, 2015, to see a number that low. I ate right on my calorie goal but I forgot some cherry tomatoes so that added 30 more. No biggie. Will adjust tomorrow.

Thanks, Glen and Mom! I have really been trying to hit the calorie and macro goals this month (and eating about 150 fewer calories per day) and it's working out. I may very well adjust downward a bit more in March. Trying to find that sweet spot!
