Woke at 212.2, down 2.2 from yesterday. Worked from home today but too busy to get on the treadmill during the day. Mailed off my trusty Fitbit Surge to get a new one based on its inaccurate heart rate readings. Pulled out the Omron pedometer, which is doing a great backup job. Did 64 minutes of HIIT treadmill and got a 209.0 weigh in afterward. Ate 1824 calories to stay right on track.

Looking great buddy! Hey, I haven't been able to get my Fitbit HR to sync .... and the time has been wrong. Have you seen issues like this?

Thank you, Glen! No, I haven't seen that particular issue. My only problem was that the heart rate reading ran a bit hot... fitbit-support@fitbit.com is where I have been getting help. Thanks, TXSnowman!
