Woke at 213.0, down .4 from yesterday. Had a great sleep in and 16:8 fast. Did an 80 minute HIIT workout and got a nice 208.8 weigh in. The 1825 per day calorie target seems to be working out great. Went out for dinner tonight and went over on calories, but will make that up tomorrow.

Thanks, Tammy, TX, Jim, and Scalewatcher! I do think this is the right calorie number based on the results. Trying to limit carbs and hit the protein macros, too. Went out for dinner tonight and will be over by a bit, but will make that up tomorrow. No Super Bowl parties to worry about.
