Woke at 213.2, down 1.0 from yesterday morning and down .6 from my post workout weight last night. That’s always a good sign. Ate a little over 900 calories at work and came in the door famished at 7 pm. Weighed in at 212.4 and then did 35 minutes of HIIT treadmill to top off my Fitbit minimums for the day. Got a 210.8 weigh in afterward. Doing my new target of 1825 calories a day. Ate 1822 and hit my macros almost perfectly. Happy with the progress thus far after two days.

Lol. I used to do that. One of the associations I was involved with in the 80s and 90s used to judge the "burnouts" -- and I had an orange cone measuring the distance down the track that the cars would travel with their rear tires smoking. Some of the drivers made me chase them! (And this was when I was 300 plus)! :)

That's so cool! Sounds like a fun avocation. I've never been to a drag race, but six months ago I got a car that seems like she really wants to be in one.
