Woke at 221.6, down 2.2 from yesterday. Did some work from home and ended up eating dinner before my workout. Got on the treadmill and did 66 minutes of HIIT. Ended up weighing 217.8, exactly to the ounce what I weighed after working out yesterday. Not bad, considering the big dinner out we had last night.

Great Job Bill, Water Weight and Carbs are coming out of your body. Also your total calorie count has dropped since the holidays. I found this helpful to me as well I went from 2000's Calories back down to 1300's or less after Holiday Season. :)

Thanks, Pam! Going slowly. I'm going to be reducing my formula for calorie intake in January. My current formula allowed 2222 intake for a 3645 calorie burn. In January, that's going down to 2006 for the same burn.
