A long time since the last pound dropped but I've continued to lost fat in a lot of stubborn places and added some muscle mass to the upper shoulders and arms (courtesy of some long interval x-country skiing). Best uphill sustainable power to weight ratio since my early thirties!

Still encouraged by energy, stamina and weight loss. I've also added some high percentage protein supplement to the diet to help protect my muscles from the high calorie expenditure days.

97.5 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
