Did a late workout on Monday and didn't weigh in until after midnight. Got a 209.4. That is what is showing here. Will probably be the low for Tuesday because I have a business luncheon and then a night out at the Kennedy Center. Will try to maintain my calories as best I can but my calorie burn will likely be low. UPDATE: Woke at 211.4 after the late night workout. Did a lot of walking today and had nearly six miles after getting home from the Kennedy Center. Jumped on the treadmill again at 11 and worked out until midnight again. Got 15K steps and 8.5 miles. Weighed in at 210.0 after midnight. Not bad after dinner and drinks before the play.

Woke at 211.4 after rehydrating and a quick four hours of sleep. That's down .6 from yesterday. Have a great day!

Hi everyone! I guess I've gotten used to the lack of sleep but I need to stop that. Last night I just worked out too late. Past midnight. Doing OK today however. Made it to the Kennedy Center and enjoying a glass of wine waiting for Denise. Got 4 miles in and burned over 2100 cals so far as of 5:30 PM. I can handle that!
