Woke at 215.4, down 3.6 after a day where I ate 508 calories and burned 3660. Extremism in the name of hitting a calorie goal is no vice! LOL. Ate a nice lunch and 3pm snack and came home at 213.8. Walked a lot today and already had in 4.5 miles and 8200 steps, so I only did 36 minutes of HIIT treadmill. Got a nice 211.6 weigh in afterward. Calorie burn of 3995 calories gave me 2397 to eat today per my new plan. Enjoyed a real dinner feast and a great post-workout protein shake!

Metabolic age is 20? I wished I burned fat like I did when I was 20, lol.

Yes, that's pretty cool. That allows me to go a little higher than my max heart rate for my age without really freaking out about it. Still, gonna get that checked with the doctor to ensure I'm fine to keep working out that hard.

Amazing, great job!!!!!!! :) I love the fact you ate 2397 and with your exercise burn you lost all that weight!!

Thanks, Pam! But to be honest, the last 300 calories were eaten after the weight was recorded! I got to eat them due to the extra calorie burn! (Well, drink actually, as it was a delicious double protein shake)!

Some may call it extremism, but I know that you've got a plan that is working for you. Not just to control weight, but to maintain a superior level of health. Great work. I'm glad that you're seeing such long-term, sustained success.
