Woke at 217.6, up 2.8 after last night's happy hour and late dinner. To be expected after I doubled my calorie target for yesterday! Back on track today with a workout late in the day. UPDATE: Finished 16:8 fast, the rest of my workday, and then went out for a six-mile HIIT walk/run. Came back and got a 214.0 weigh in. Up a few from a few days ago, but it’s a process...

Thanks Bill but you and your diettruth blog helped me a lot to figure things out especially when I was getting started. You and many others here have and continue to be an inspiration...this is a great online community.

Thanks, Jim! I wish I could find the key to this maintenance level! Did get some results from my recent physical and I need to see some specialists. Low T (too much cardio?) and slight anemia are two things. Surprising as I keep up with macros and supplements. But let's see what the docs say.
