Woke at 217.2, down 2 pounds from yesterday at this time. Did 16:8 IF and another great omelet at noon. Decided to try a steady state walk to give the joints a break. Have been feeling the pavement in my knees and shins. Did 5.6 miles in an hour and a half. Averaged 3.65 miles per hour but hit 145 bpm at one point. I got a new contacts sync app and I did that while I walked. :) Weighed 214.6 when I returned, down 1.2 from yesterday at this time. Having chicken crust pizza for dinner. Yahoo!
