Post breakfast weigh-in, but 230.6 today. A literal 28 pounds of water in the last six days! All due to overeating and the wrong types of foods while friends are here on vacation. My feet are puffed up like crazy. Just fascinating how this works with me. Will be back on track on Monday for an end of month sprint to see how much water I can drop. Not going to go crazy, though. Will stay with a 1000-1200 calorie deficit and no more.
104.6 kg Lost so far: 42.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Thanks, Breco. Already started to move a lot of water today. Will be working from home three days this week due to the Pope's visit to DC, so that will give me extra opportunities for working out. Strict WOE restarts tomorrow.
