Woke at 206.4 and came home from work at 205.6. Did an hour on the treadmill and sweated buckets. Got a gratifying 200.6 weigh in for a new post-May low. Nailed my 1830 calorie target for the day AND I enjoyed five pieces of chicken crust pizza AND I got under 15 percent body fat! Life is good!

I swear it was like I woke up and had hair again! :) It was even better tonight than a few nights ago. We baked the chicken one more minute and it was great. Very passable for actual pizza. And we have nothing but time for more experimentation!

Yes, we will try the cauliflower one, too. This dude works great, though. Looking forward to trying to put more garlic in with the chicken breast, etc. Haven't tried 'meat on meat' yet... (pepperoni, etc.) That might be a bridge too far, but will go nuts experimenting! I am placing my orders with Denise!
