Well pleased with my loss of 3lbs. Past another target (17st), on to the next (16st 7lbs). Onwards and downwards!
107.4 kg Lost so far: 33.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done. Looking at your weight table you are pretty much following the same path as me, albeit a stone and a bit ahead of me. Gives me the incentive to keep at it.
