Worked out until just past midnight, so these numbers are from the end of day on Saturday. Ate 2302 calories, but most of them before noon and then very little. The low carb/keto deal is working out great. Thanks, Butter Bob! :)

I think you did yourself a favor by consuming your calories early in the day. I got home late from work last night feeling really hungry and over-eat .... and the scale showed it this morning.

Thanks Buffy and Jim. Woke at 206.4, so a nice workout should get me back into my blue maintenance line. And then we head for the 190s!
